By law, customers are entitled to cancel their order within 7 working days of delivery; an unwanted order may be returned for a refund or exchanged, provided it is returned in its original condition and unused.


SEVEN London has Your satisfaction as its top priority. Should You for whatever reason be unsatisfied with Your purchase, we extend the option to return an unwanted online order to 14 days from delivery, unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Should You wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not already been despatched. If Your order has already been fully processed and despatched, please follow the standard returns procedures below.


Should You wish to return an item You have ordered please contact Customer Care to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and full instructions. You should retain the RAN number for Your records.


When contacting Customer Care please quote:

· Your order reference number (please refer to Your order confirmation e-mail);

· The items(s) You are returning or cancelling;

· Reasons for return;

· Whether You would like a replacement or refund.


For all returns, except where the item is faulty or despatched by us in error, You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as well as adequate insurance in these circumstances as we cannot accept liability for any packages lost or damaged in transit. All returns must reach us within l4 days of issuing of the RAN number. You should send returns (with the RAN number) to the Customer Care address above.


In the event of returns, exchanges or cancellations, SEVEN London requires that you return any item(s) to us in their original packaging in a "new and unused state" with all original labelling attached, security tags (where provided) intact, and a copy of the invoice.


PLEASE NOTE; "New and unused” means that there are no marks on the item(s) or any wear on the tags. SEVEN London do not sell used item(s) and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. All item(s) will be subject to a quality control check on return receipt. If item(s) do not meet quality control standards then the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost.


Whilst SEVEN London makes every effort to ensure that our service levels are of the highest standard, in the rare event that:


a) The item(s) is not what was ordered.

b) The item(s) has a fault.


SEVEN London will be happy to arrange pick up and pay the return transportation costs.


Refunds to You will be processed within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are properly returned as outlined above. All undamaged, correctly returned items will be credited to the original purchaser's payment card including VAT where applicable, and return shipping charges (only where goods were not as ordered or faulty). We will not be liable for refunds of any duties, levies, or taxes not charged directly by us for shipments sent outside the UK.


SEVEN London do not issue credit notes for use through either the SEVEN London online store or in SEVEN London stores/stockists.


For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty. Items engraved or soldered cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty


Items purchased through the SEVEN London online store cannot be exchanged orrefunded in SEVEN London stores/stockists.
