2. Placing Your Order

To place an order You must be 18 years of age or older and lawfully capable of entering into and forming a valid contract under English law.

 

Prices displayed in Sterling and Euros include UK VAT, prices displayed in US Dollars do not include any local or foreign taxes. Your country may require You to declare and pay additional Sales, Import, Use, or other taxes as appropriate to Your area.

 

Delivery charges are not included and will be displayed upon checkout.

 

Please note that, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, You hereby expressly authorise SEVEN London and/or its online service partners to perform relevant credit checks if required to process Your order efficiently. Information received or sent to authorised third parties may include, but is not limited to Your name and credit card details. This may be necessary to authenticate Your identity, to validate Your paymentcard, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchasetransactions.


Offer and Acceptance

The advertising of products on the site is an “invitation to treat". No contract shall be formed between You and SEVEN London until You receive the confirmation of despatch email. This will normally occur once we have confirmed stock, pricing, and card details, although we reserve the right to accept orders at our sole discretion. Should we be unable to fulfil Your order for any reason, someone from SEVEN London will contact You via e-mail or other means.

 

Once Your order has been submitted via the SEVEN London online store, SEVEN London will send You an e-mail acknowledging receipt of Your order. A second e-mail will be sent informing You of the despatch date of Your order.

 

Title of the goods remains with SEVEN London until the goods have been successfully delivered and we have received cleared payment in full.

 

In the exceptional instance that Your credit card is debited at the point of despatch and the goods cannot be sent out, we will re-credit the amount taken as soon as possible. Under no circumstances will we be liable to You for any additional amounts.


Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges

By law, customers are entitled to cancel their order within 7 working days of delivery; an unwanted order may be returned for a refund or exchanged, provided it is returned in its original condition and unused.

 

SEVEN London has Your satisfaction as its top priority. Should You for whatever reason be unsatisfied with Your purchase, we extend the option to return an unwanted online order to 14 days from delivery, unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Should You wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not already been despatched. If Your order has already been fully processed and despatched, please follow the standard returns procedures below.

 

Should You wish to return an item You have ordered please contact Customer Care to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and full instructions. You should retain the RAN number for Your records.

 

When contacting Customer Care please quote:

· Your order reference number (please refer to Your order confirmation e-mail);

· The items(s) You are returning or cancelling;

· Reasons for return;

· Whether You would like a replacement or refund.

 

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or despatched by us in error, You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. We strongly recommend to obtain proof of posting as well as adequate insurance in these circumstances as we cannot accept liability for any packages lost or damaged in transit. All returns must reach us within l4 days of issuing of the RAN number. You should send returns (with the RAN number) to the Customer Care address above.

 

In the event of returns, exchanges or cancellations, SEVEN London requires that You return any item(s) to us in their original packaging in a "new and unused state" with all original labelling attached, security tags (where provided) intact, and a copy of the invoice.

 

PLEASE NOTE; "New and unused” means that there are no marks on the item(s) or any wear on the tags. SEVEN London do not sell used item(s) and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. All item(s) will be subject to a quality control check on return receipt. If item(s) do not meet quality control standards then the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost.

 

Whilst SEVEN London makes every effort to ensure that our service levels are of thehighest standard, in the rare event that:

 

a) The item(s) is not what was ordered.

b) The item(s) has a fault.

 

SEVEN London will be happy to arrange pick up and pay the return transportation costs.

 

Refunds to You will be processed within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are properly returned as outlined above. All undamaged, correctly returned items will be credited to the original purchaser's payment card including VAT where applicable, and return shipping charges (only where goods were not as ordered or faulty). We will not be liable for refunds of any duties, levies, or taxes not charged directly by us for shipments sent outside the UK.

 

SEVEN London do not issue credit notes for use through either the SEVEN London online store or in SEVEN London stores/stockists.

 

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty. Items engraved or soldered cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty

 

Items purchased through the SEVEN London online store cannot be exchanged orrefunded in SEVEN London stores/stockists.

 

PAYMENT

The SEVEN London online store accepts payment via most types of credit/debit cards.

 

Payment will be authorised but not debited from Your account upon receipt of Your order by SEVEN London. Payment will be debited from Your account at the time of despatch. You are responsible for confirming that You are the legitimate holder of the credit/debit card and that Your details are correct. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

 

If the issuer of Your payment card refuses to authorise payment, SEVEN London will be unable to process Your order.

 

For Your protection, SEVEN London together with its partners takes all reasonable care to make the SEVEN London online store as secure as possible. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which ensures that Your personal and payment details are encrypted and protected. To check for this, look for a padlock or key symbol at the bottom of Your browser.

 

All credit/debit card transactions made at the SEVEN London online store are processed by HSBC using their secure online payment gateway that encrypts Your card details. SEVEN London does not hold Your card details at any time on its servers.

 

SEVEN London will take all reasonable care to ensure that details of Your order andpayment are processed securely. However, SEVEN London cannot be held liable for any loss You may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data You provide when accessing or ordering from the SEVEN London online store.

 

HSBC may store or transmit information relating to You within the HSBC Group through the HSBC Group’s proprietary international telecommunications network or other communications networks. HSBC stores transactional data outside of the European Union. Accordingly, they declare that their service will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and where applicable the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and any modifications thereof.


DELIVERIES AND INSURANCE

Please see our delivery page for information on timings and costs of delivery. Whilst we will endeavour to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated, we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods under any circumstances.

 

You will need to ensure that someone is present at the given delivery address to sign for the order when it is delivered. Where no delivery address is specified, we shall attempt to deliver to the credit card address You supply. It is important that the address You supply to us is accurate.

 

Please note, we are currently unable to deliver to certain countries (see delivery page for information on which countries we deliver to), P.O Boxes, military bases.

 

SEVEN London insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to You. You will be asked to sign for any item(s) delivered, at which point all responsibility and risks for Your purchased item(s) pass to You.

 

Please note that any duties, taxes, or administration charges incurred by Your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by You as SEVEN London will not be held liable for these.

 

If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods to the specified delivery address and the goods are returned to us, any associated delivery, duty, tax, and customs charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for ensuring that there are no legal restrictions on shipment of the goods You order to the country specified in the delivery address.
